I am Trans*!

When I was about 9 (I think I was the first one in my elementary that started puberty that early) years old I hit puberty and things started to change - my hips got bigger and my breast started to grow. I was completely uncomfortable and many times forgot that they even existed, and got in trouble once or twice. During this time I still was one of the boys - we'd arm wrestle and kick each other under the lunch table. Some of the boys teased and said we were playing footsies - flirting by touching someones legs or arms, but I had no interest in dating during the time. Don't know if it was because I was uncomfortable, or what but I dated a friend for a week and broke up the fallowing week.

During Junior high and high school i felt too awkward to date and made very few friends. I didn't fit in anywhere. I went to three high schools which were completely different - one was more urban and the other more country (ew...hunting), and finally online. It just didn't work going to school where people were going to bully me because I was different - Fuck that! I did end up making friends at the second school (in the country), but someone ended up bullying her and she didn't want me defending her which bothered me. The guy that was bullying her ended up getting pleasure from pissing me off - I took a website creating class and he came in with a little device that would disrupt the computer screen. UGHHH!!

I just ended up going online for my senior year of high school. I did the work and graduated.

First Gay Hug - Must Watch!

I came across this video a while ago and it's a brilliant video that must be watched. VERY educational and moving.

Accountability

Dear reader,

I solemnly swear that for your benefit I am doing the best I can to stay organized and on it so that you bitches can have the best content for your entertainment and viewing pleasure.

I plan to use a Mead five star notebook. Done! I love them they don't get bend like the ones with cardboard covers, and they are increadibly thick (nothing dirty intended). But on general keeping organized and keeping on to of things... And getting a whiteboard to hang in my room for reminders along with random stuff. Which probably won't keep me organized in a long run.

Anti-Estrogenic Diet

I have got what some might consider an addictive personality. I'll do anything to the extreme even dieting. I've lost 49 lbs in the last six months and craving to lose more - it started out looking for tips for passing and gradually losing weight, doing the ABC diet, intermittent lifestyle (currently), and looking for ways to lose more weight.
Note: I did a lot of rambling in this piece if you don't want to go through the whole thing read the first paragraph and the last. And the rambling wasn't quite filtered, and wasn't planned out. Please enjoy. If you do read the whole thing please leave a comment - I'd love to know what you thought.

Let me take you through what I usually preach about eating: profound carb-a-holic over 100 grams (brown rice and whole grain rice), low sodium, low sugar, lots of vegetables, eggs (1-2 per day), no meat, almost no dairy (surprise eggs are not a dairy product), and plenty of water. I go to the gym ever weekday morning at 5:30 for a whole hour 40 minutes of cardio, and upper and lower workouts alternating.

Now to cover this anti-estrogenic diet...

It's pretty close to my own diet but it includes meat as optional, and it is done in stages.

Stage one: detoxification - veggies, whole grains, eggs, legumes, and dairy.

Stage two: cutting the formation of estrogen from the body - additional to the foods from stage one consuming foods that contain fat - avocados, olive oil, nuts, ect.

Stage three: reintroducing foods such as meat, pasta, breads, etc.
