I have got what some might consider an addictive personality. I'll do anything to the extreme even dieting. I've lost 49 lbs in the last six months and craving to lose more - it started out looking for tips for passing and gradually losing weight, doing the ABC diet, intermittent lifestyle (currently), and looking for ways to lose more weight.
Note: I did a lot of rambling in this piece if you don't want to go through the whole thing read the first paragraph and the last. And the rambling wasn't quite filtered, and wasn't planned out. Please enjoy. If you do read the whole thing please leave a comment - I'd love to know what you thought.
Let me take you through what I usually preach about eating: profound carb-a-holic over 100 grams (brown rice and whole grain rice), low sodium, low sugar, lots of vegetables, eggs (1-2 per day), no meat, almost no dairy (surprise eggs are not a dairy product), and plenty of water. I go to the gym ever weekday morning at 5:30 for a whole hour 40 minutes of cardio, and upper and lower workouts alternating.
Now to cover this anti-estrogenic diet...
It's pretty close to my own diet but it includes meat as optional, and it is done in stages.
Stage one: detoxification - veggies, whole grains, eggs, legumes, and dairy.
Stage two: cutting the formation of estrogen from the body - additional to the foods from stage one consuming foods that contain fat - avocados, olive oil, nuts, ect.
Stage three: reintroducing foods such as meat, pasta, breads, etc.
The diet forbids tea and coffee which makes very little sense to me personally, because I have those on a daily basis religiously out of habit and don't seem to effect my personal diet besides the caffeine and apatite suppressant. To each their own. It says they cause inflammation. The healthiest advice given in any magazine was to drink green tea which is amazing for you in a detox.
So for the most part it's a pretty decent diet plan besides the fact they suggest not consuming coffee or tea - which is baffling to me.

Now there is plenty of reason that you shouldn't trust majority of companies that produce any sort of food, because of certain chemicals such as xenoestrogen. Which if the author's and my own research has been done correctly xenoestrogen is a fake sort of estrogen which acts as estrogen, which causes feminization and fertility problems in cis-guys. Xeno means foreign - so essentially the idea is that foreign hormones. This is where the idea of this diet loses it's effect. DO YOU WANT LESS ESTROGEN??? Well consuming dairy and meat products are not going to help - BECAUSE they put hormones into cows the cows are fed off of GMO corn and other stuff they wouldn't eat otherwise if they were in the wild i.e. grass and other grains. The reason for using xenohormones is to fatten up the live stalk so they can sell more per-pound.
Alright so "JACE WHAT ME TO DO? I CANT SHOP AT MY LOCAL GROCERY STORE. WHAT THE HELL?" *Plugging ears*. :3
Well I would suggest for your own health now and in the future to buy from a local organic store which usually provides foods that are non-GMO, or at least getting the organic foods which is a huge benefit. Or if you wanted to you could buy your own seeds and organic compost and do it yourself - the benefits are healthier foods, you don't have to pay for the gym, and it's saving you tons.
*My fingers are falling off* Ugh.
If you don't have lots of space grow vertical... Yes I said grow vertical.
As a conclusion you can just eat cleaner and provide your body with the food it needs, and avoid sugary and sodium filled foods. It's all you really need along with an adequate amount of exercise.
